Hip Hop producer ProducerTrentTaylor reached a milestone this year he’s been looking to accomplish without an official label or producer collective backing.

The Miami, FL native began selling digital copies of his beat tapes exclusively on Bandcamp in 2014. His tracks were not available to fans on Spotify until June 2018. Two weeks after releasing his music on the platform, “Assemble The Fiends” was hand-picked by staff and added to the editorial Lofi Hip-Hop. During its two month spotlight, “Assemble The Fiends” was heard by more than 65,000 unique listeners.

Since then, ProducerTrentTaylor’s music has been added to more than 7,600 user-generated Spotify playlists. His most popular editorial is This Is ProducerTrentTaylor. This playlist includes the fifty most requested ProducerTrentTaylor’s beats and is updated for listeners weekly. Another notable editorial playlist is Listen Local: Atlanta (2019).
